Adjustment to Weekly Announcement
While matters of a time-sensitive nature may be journalized throughout
the week, effective March 18, 2008,
the Board of Tax Appeals will begin announcing its decisions and orders each
week on Tuesdays.
A listing, by case number and nature of tax,
of all decisions on the merit docket, stipulations, dismissals and other orders
and interim orders of attorney examiners. The full text of merit decisions is
available by selecting the case number on the merit docket.
These matters are provided for informational
purposes and are believed to be accurate. The actual orders and decisions are contained
in the Board's journals. By publication of these matters, neither the State of
